Kim Gorman, Vice President

KimGormanKim Gorman, our Head Coach, has successfully lost 35 pounds on the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Program. She is married to the very dedicated Dr. Michael Gorman, a busy mother of 3 young children, and an integral part of our Office Staff.

Her background in teaching has helped to make her an excellent listener, as well as someone who can give that “kick in the pants” when necessary.

 

 

 

Dave Dixon, Ideal Protein Manager & Coach

Dave DixonDave started coaching at Gorman Optimal Health Solutions for Ideal Protein after successfully completing the program in 2013 and losing 35lbs. Dave is married and his wife has lost 45 lbs on the Ideal Protein diet. Dave brings an extensive background in business, retail, and management to the Ideal Protein team.

He was so excited with the results he got that he wanted to assist in growing the program at Gorman Optimal Health Solutions and reaching as many people as possible.

Megan Sliwinski, Ideal Protein Coach

Megan Sliwinski,Megan is the newest member of the Ideal Protein team at Gorman Optimal Health Solutions. She received her Bachelors of Science in Nutrition with a minor in Psychology at Cedar Crest College in May of 2013.

Megan completed the diet and lost 30 pounds and 15 inches. She really enjoys helping clients change their lives and reach their goals. In Megan's free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and riding her horses.

There are four phases in the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Protocol. During all four Phases you will receive one-on-one coaching, teaching you how your body gains weight and what you should be eating in order to maintain a balanced weight.
